It is the mission of the Sunnyvale Education Foundation to facilitate community and financial support in collaboration with the Sunnyvale School District to support an enriched, high quality education at all ten schools in the Sunnyvale School District. We have funded programs and resources at each district school through annual grants since the 2015–2016 school year. At the elementary-school level, SEF has supported 5th grade science camp, field trip buses and field trips, after-school enrichment, maker spaces and supplies, art books, microscopes, flexible seating, and more. At the middle school level, we have provided support to the music departments, STEM field trips, after-school clubs, rolling gardens, and more.

5:30-7:30pm
We love our wonderful Sunnyvale schools! When we asked students in Sunnyvale what they love about school, here’s what they shared:
What do you love about Sunnyvale schools?
In addition to our annual school grants, Sunnyvale Education Foundation is excited to provide $7,500 in funds for Equitable Outcome Teachers to use on materials for their new intervention classrooms on all 10 campuses this year! We are proud to help bring an enriched, high quality education to all students in Sunnyvale School District, including those who may have especially struggled with the challenges of the last year. |
When students, teachers, families and communities work with each other, we’re stronger together.
Support Sunnyvale students on Giving Tuesday with a donation to SEF. Please consider a donation to SEF in your year-end giving by visiting SunnyvaleEducationFoundation.org/donate. Giving Tuesday is November 30, and would be a great day to make a donation. If you employer offers corporate matches, you can double your donation. If this past year has taught us anything, it is that we are truly all interconnected, and supporting each other is vitally important. We’re in this together. And when students, teachers and families work with each other, we’re stronger together.
